REFUND POLICY
Grade 3–8 Programs
- After submission of registration, but 2 weeks after registration closes: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.
- After team selection, but before December 30: 50% refund of original registration fees.
- After December 30: No refund will be issued.
Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 2 Programs
- After submission of registration, but prior to the start of the program: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.
- After start of the program, but before January 31: 50% refund of original registration fees.
- After January 31: No refund will be issued.
Grade 9–12 Program
- After submission of registration, but 2 weeks after registration closes: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.
- After team selection, but before January 31: 50% refund of original registration fees.
- After January 31: No refund will be issued.
WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
To withdraw from the program, send an email to rcba@sasktel.net with the following player information:
- Player Name:
- Division:
- Reason for withdrawing from the program:
The RCBA office will contact you once the refund is completed.
PANDEMIC SHUTDOWN REFUND POLICY
- If the RCBA is not able to begin any of its programming due to pandemic/facility restraints, RCBA registration fees will be refunded in full less a $20 administrative fee.
- If there is an early shutdown for the Fall/Winter 2022/2023 program due to the pandemic and circumstances beyond our control, any refund amounts will be communicated with membership once determined. Refund amounts will be based on percentage of program completion. The RCBA will make every attempt to ensure this is done fairly and in a timely manner.
