
Skill development, competition, and fair play are the main goals in the RCBA High School division. The league regularly evaluates its programs to ensure these goals are being met.

Teams are drafted based on evaluations conducted during a short scrimmage, where evaluators assess each player’s skill level.
IMPORTANT: These evaluations are not tryouts. They are used only to help create balanced teams.
ALL PLAYERS MAKE A TEAM REGARDLESS OF EVALUATION RESULTS.
Programming for the girls division depends on registration numbers. All participants will be placed on a waitlist and will not be charged until the final program structure is confirmed.
Team selection considers player availability, evaluation results, and other commitments.
Player requests may be submitted (1–2 friends). Requests are considered but not guaranteed.

The RCBA reserves the right to combine divisions depending on registration numbers.
Scores are kept and displayed. If the score differential exceeds 25 points, coaches may choose to stop displaying the score.
On the RCBA website, scores are only recorded up to a 25-point differential to discourage running up the score.
All teams qualify for playoffs and are guaranteed a minimum of 2 games.
Playoff brackets are posted, and matchups are based on final standings.

Basketballs can be purchased through RCBA during registration or at the office.
Coaches are always needed in RCBA. No experience is required—training and support are provided for new coaches.
