Refund Policy

Grade 3-8 Programs

-  After submission of registration, but prior to team selection: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.

-  After team selection, but before Dec. 17, 2021: 50% refund of original registration fees.

 After Dec. 17, 2021: No refund will be issued.

Pandemic Shutdown Refund Policy

*If the RCBA is not able to begin any of it's programming due to pandemic/facility restraints, then RCBA Registration Fees will be refunded in full less a $20 administrative fee.* 

* Should there be an early shutdown for the Fall/Winter 2021/2022 program due to the Pandemic and circumstances beyond our control, any refund amounts will be communicated with our membership once determined. Refund amounts will be based on % of program completion. The RCBA will make every attempt to ensure this is done fairly and in a timely manner.
