Camp Information

Age: Boys & Girls Grades 7-12 (As of Sept. 1. 2010)

When: Sept 24-Oct 30th, 2010.

Time: Fridays      - 6:30-8:30pm
          Saturdays - 9:30-11:30am
          Coaches will be available 30 mins before each practice for assistance.

Where: Miller Comprehensive High School

Cost: $175.00 before June 1, 2010, $200.00 after June 1, 2010.
No refunds will be issued after camp commences.

The Gun

-This camp will utilize The GUN (shooting machine)
at most practice sessions.
The Gun is sure to improve each camper’s footwork, shooting arc, shooting speed, confidence as a result of repetition, and cure inconsistencies.

Space limited to first
80 participants!

Cougar Basketball Academy Girls Fall Session

Offering 10 fall sessions starting Oct.3rd and ending Nov.10th.
The Cougar Academy is the only program featuring current Cougar coaches and players.
Focus is on individual skill development and will be high energy and demanding.
Prior basketball experience is a must.

Groups:

Grade 9-12

Grade 5-8 (this group will be divided by age and ability)

Dates and Times:

Mondays/Wednesdays

Oct. 6^th,11^th, 13^th, 18^th,25^th,27th

Nov. 1^st,3^rd,8^th,10^th (younger group)

Nov. 2^nd,4^th,9^th , 10^th (older group.) To avoid conflict with volleyball play-offs.

All sessions from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm.
