I know many of you have been patiently waiting for an update on our Spring League program. We have been closely monitoring the situation and waiting for updates on possible start up dates for facility usage through both school boards. Unfortunately at this time there is no date in sight, which leaves us with the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Spring League program.
Below are the details on how we will be refunding our participants:
- Every registration will be refunded in full, you will receive back 100% of what you paid for spring league
- Refunds will be done by cheque, the cheques will be mailed to the address we have on file for you
- We will be working diligently to have the over 220 refund cheques completed and mailed by Friday April 10th
I would like to thank all of you for supporting the RCBA throughout the 2019-2020 season. I know many of you have been involved in our Fall/Winter League, Winter Classic 3 on 3 Tournament as well as our Spring League program. You’re support means the world to us, thank you so much for being part of our organization this past season. As much as we’re extremely disappointed not to be able to offer our Spring League program, we will begin looking ahead to our Fall/Winter 2020-2021 season. I would like to extend my well wishes to all of our RCBA families during this difficult time. We hope everyone is able to stay safe and healthy. To any of our parents and family members who are essential workers, we appreciate the work you are doing to keep our community safe while we work through this pandemic.
