Welcome to the RCBA! 

The RCBA is a non-profit community organization that offers basketball programs in Regina to youth ages 5-18. All skill levels are welcome & we invite youth from Regina & surrounding areas to sign up - Everyone is welcome!

Youth development is the core focus of our league. We incorporate Basketball Canada's guidelines for player development to ensure players are learnign the right skills at the right age! Having FUN while learning & playing basketball is the most important skill to bring to the gym.
